If my partner doesn't have a lot of time but we both want to get off, sometimes I will warm myself up first. But ideally, when we're having "all the time in the world" sex, we do all the foreplay together, bringing out a vibrator when necessary.
Sometimes I find myself too sensitive after one orgasm to have any slight sensation on my clit afterwards. If I wanted to continue sex after my own orgasm, I might have to switch to a position with zero clit stimulation. Also, sometimes I'm too exhausted to have more orgasms after the first one.

Yes, I've definitely masturbated before intercourse. I don't always, and I think that idea of the pre-sex ritual is very interesting. (Indeed, shaving is so often important!) I know that I've masturbated in anticipation of my partner coming over, so when they arrive my juices are already flowing.
