I'm sure this has already been a topic of discussion but here we go again. Have you ever found something that was intended for something else but could be used for sexual purposes.

For example, I found a back massager and it came with a finger massager (for the temples) It's amazing and it tickles me that I got such a great deal for cheap. Talk about a real bang for your buck. Yeah...I'm corny like that.

The Hitachi was meant as a massager. There's nothing sexual on the packaging, but we all know what goes on...

This may not be what you're thinking of but I found a huge bead that I string dental floss through and hang weights on to use for kegel exercises. With weights you have to work super hard to keep the bead in. Vaginal balls just sit there and you can squeeze just lightly or not at all. Trying to keep the bead plus weight in is a much stronger workout.
