Changing positions or methods is always a good start. Sometimes we will stop in the middle and go into foreplay (he usually will use some toys on me to get me closer, keeping him nice and turned) or switching positions helps sometimes, because often the change can prolong it. And if all else fails there are products available on the site to lengthen the time

this one is good

haven't tried this one but heard it is good

Men can also exercise their muscles in that area just like women can (think butt clench) and then there is a process called edging. It's the practice of delaying orgasm while masturbating. You can do it together...he plays until he's close to orgasm and then stops, starts again, stops when orgasm is approaching, starts again. (It will also make his orgasms stronger.)

I, personally, do not recommend prolonging creams or ointments and would point you in the direction of a cock ring instead. You just never know what kind of a reaction he or you might have to what's in those prolonging products.

I'd tack on another vote for cock rings as more of a "quick fix" with edging as more of a long term fix since he can sort of train himself to last longer.

Switch it up! Don't just have the same old "Oral, oral, PIV" sex. Have some petting then some oral, then a little PIV, then STOP and go back to oral, then to petting again, then to manual stimulation, then back to oral for one then the other, then a little PIV, then back to some oral and... so on.

My Man can last for hours this way. Just don't have straight PIV as the "main event" and then that's it. Some men come too quickly if that is all that is done. Switch it up. It works, well.

wouldnt the easier answer be to have more sex, so he can last longer? If I have not had sex in 4 or 5 days, it does not matter what we do; the first one is a fast one. But with sex everyday, I can last as long as needed.

I've been doing that for a very long time. I've gotten to a point that most of the time I can stop and still ejaculate in her but not orgasm. This allows me to "go again" right away. It doesn't cause me to lose the erection and I can go even longer since I just came.

You might suggest that he masturbates earlier in the day or a couple hours before you have sex so he will last longer...to have an orgasm at the same time is tricky but when it works out that way its amazing, you could warm up with toys first and always let your partner know when you are getting close

(as a male) I once heard that if you pull on his balls as he's starting to peak it can delay orgasm. I've tried this masturbating before it helps slow things down but it feels weird so definitely definitely definitely talk to him about this before hand you dont pull hard its more like as the peak is reached the testicles raise closer to the body and the thought is that by pulling them back down helps slow the normal conclusion. goodluck!

Cock rings help, and strengthing his muscles will help and sex more often helps.
