The most time I can stand without sexual release is about 5-6 days. Any longer than that and I get edgy and become hyper-sexual, seeing myself fantasizing about every opportunity or scheme that might bring an opportunity for sex. I will wake with erections that don't want to go away, and get them out in public or in impossible situations. I re entry has surgery and the doctor said no sex for a week. I thought I'd go crazy by the end of the term, finally begging my wife for some help six days out. It was good, and bad, felt great while it was building, the orgasm hurt like the dickens though.
The relaxation afterward was worth it though.
