We have kids in the next room so can't get to rowdy.
If we have the house to ourselves, it usually is in the upwards to 4+ O's in one 'session'. I cannot count down the days fast enough where that will be the norm.

For me (male) I'm one and done for at least a couple of hours. It takes me a while for that one though and she usually gets 5+ during that time. Then, she is the only one who can get me hard immediately again and she usually gets another 3-5. Our record is somewhere north of 20 (for her) in one session, even figured out how to get her to gush sometimes...that was quite fun!

Actually it is about 50/50 between 1 and 2. Very occasionally 3. My first is usually pretty quick, but I have a relatively short refractory period so can start up again pretty quickly. That second can go for quite a while sometimes. I do try to ensure that my partner has several before and after.
