Never any less than 5. That includes oral sex before too. It really depends because sometimes he adds a lot of the G-spot O's and sometimes I can't handle any more than just 2-3 with the Gspot. I always have several during oral sex & then when we do it, I have around 3-9. It all depends on endometriosis apparently. When I have flare ups with a lot of pain, I can't have many without being in pain. But, when I'm not extra sensitive and the endometriosis isn't flaring up, I can have up to 20. It's my favorite! I hate that the pain stops me from so much fun!
