Over my life I've practiced being able to ejaculate but stop the orgasm by knowing just the right time to stop and I guess muscle control. Since I love creampies and my wife will not let me go again after I orgasm, this has been very ideal for me.

Is this very common or am I some kind of superman?

Yes... you can control the cumming so that you don't actually have an orgasm at the same time. It takes some practice but it's certainly not unique. I imagine it's taught in Tantric sex quite a lot.

My boyfriend does this a lot. Sometimes he doesn't quite slow down enough when he's on the edge and trying not to come, so he'll ejaculate, but he won't orgasm. He's done it a few times during one session without an orgasm. I'm glad he can do that because once he orgasms, he's done for the night. This way, he can keep going for a good while. It was fun when he did it over and over. There was come everywhere, but it was pretty awesome.

To a certain extent the propulsion of semen out of the penis involves muscle contractions, which is pretty much what an orgasm is. Prostate play can cause semen to be expressed without muscular contractions, but anything else is pretty much an orgasm, though it might not feel like one.

I imagine you're talking about trying to stop the hormone/neurotransmitt er/etc. "soup" that goes into your body following an orgasm and can "shut you down" sexually.

Never knew it was possible. Sometimes I have a little orgasm without cumming and can keep going but never the other way around. Well, actually now that I think about it, I think it may have happened once when i didn't want to cum just yet and a little got out but I did not have a full orgasm.

At times I've tried unsuccessfully to pull back from the edge of orgasm, only to have some ejaculate start leaking out - once that happens, though, I just go with it and cum all the way. I've never tried to keep going after ejaculating but without having a full-on orgasm.

I definitely do not have the kind of control to do that and can really only get one good orgasm in a night and then I am done, ah well, just means my partner and I get to focus more on her pleasure and foreplay rather than multiple orgasms for me.

This is the right answer. Another name for cumming without an orgasm is called "milking" the prostate. Use of prostate vibrators will achieve the action. Rocks-Off or Aneros products are toys of choice.
