For the longest time, I thought that I could only fully orgasm during masturbation. During sex, I have a semi-orgasm where I feel a build up of pressure and a release, but it's nowhere near as powerful as when I masturbate. Recently, though, S and I were in missionary and I was rubbing my clit against his pelvis, and I somehow reached that extremely powerful type of orgasm that I had never reached before during sex. I concluded from that experience that I have to have clitoral stimulation in order to reach that kind of orgasm, but I don't know how to employ that during sex. I have a thing against touching my clit directly, so it wouldn't help to have S stimulate my clit with his hands. Also, I don't want to bring a bullet into the situation, because I worry that my hand will get in the way of his movements. I've thought about getting a small strap-on butterfly bullet, but I don't know if it will be small enough or if it will get in the way... Any ideas or suggestions?

I can think of a couple of suggestions. First, if he'd be cool with trying a vibrating cockring, that could provide you with the vibrations without worrying about your hand getting in the way (I guess that's the flip-side of the strap-on butterfly bullet idea). Second, while holding a bullet in missionary sometimes results in hands getting in the way--although it's really not all that bad--switching up positions should fix this (doggy style comes to mind as one viable option). Is there a way he could use his hands indirectly to stimulate you, like rubbing right below or above your clit, or even folding your labia over your clit and having that rub it? That would work well in a position where he was behind you.

If you were able to achieve orgasm by rubbing against him while in missionary, I would recommend you trying to rub against him while on top as well. Just have him sit up a little bit by supporting himself with his arms or against a headboard. That angle should allow for better contact against your clit. It works really well for us!
Standing is also a great option, too! If you wrap your legs around him while he's holding you up, you should also be able to get great contact against your clit. Then all you have to do is bounce up and down :]
