Why do some girls have a difficult time squirting? is is physical or more of am emotional defect

Not sure defect is the right word - but I think most barriers are emotional. With patience and practice it should be achievable - all women have the requisite equipment.

I think it just takes practice although there may be physical differences that affect how easy it will be for each woman.
