I am pretty well convinced that it is a mental thing for me, but since my partner and I switch the roles up from time to time, any time I am in control, I can't orgasm. I am not sure if he has desensitized my body by being rough with my lady bits, and it is only g spot stimulation that is lacking, I am afraid that my lady bits have become desensitized. I hope it isn't permanent and maybe reconditioning in the opposite direction will solve the problem.


if anyone has any thoughts, opinions, or advice, I would love to read it.

I wonder if maybe when you're in control, you're too focused on your partner's pleasure to concentrate on your own. I don't think you can desensitize the "lady bits" - although I've heard that you can feel a bit numb after a lot of vibration, but it's not a long term kind of thing.

I'd say its a mental thing. I have a similar problem but mine is with needing control.
