Try to angle your tongue so his d**k is mainly hitting the front part of it. Most of the time the gag reflex kicks in when the back part of the tongue is in play. It takes practice, but it does help if you can learn to do that.

You can still give oral while having very little of his parts in your mouth. Incorporating your hand can allow for only the head in your mouth while your hand swirls around his shaft.
