So I have seen quite a bit in the way of what size questions here, such as size you like/prefer/deal breaker/size you have had etc. Then it hit me. How do you know the size you are referencing. I doubt many of you have a laser accurate internal vaginal measuring device...since mine is on back order too. I've also tried sqeezing and guessing when they enter, but that is only accurate to 1/2 and inch I think. So when you are referencing size in these posts how did you reach that number? Did you measure the man, did he measure himself and tell you? Makes me wonder, so here is the poll (private voting of course, ha ha I made a funny):

It actually never occurred to me, to measure my penis, until people online started asking. I was 19 before I measured it for the first time. Now I actually find it more fun to make people guess. Due to camera angles, and an above average thickness, most people assume I'm bigger than I actually am. It's fun.

My husband always talks about how he has a small dick. Pfff. I have always told him he was crazy, that it was slightly above average. Based on toys I own, I guessed at his size length and girth, originally. When I was measuring a recent toy for a review, I told him to come closer. He dropped his drawers and I worked him up a bit, then we pulled out the measuring tape. I was right on with girth! I was an 1/8 of an inch short in my assessment of length.
My laser measuring device must have come free with an order and I didn't even realize it. It is pretty darned accurate.

He told me his length and it was what I thought it would be. He hasn't measured girth but I think I can tell pretty accurately based on the size of toys I own.

Well it's been quite a while for me since I've been with my husband for 9.5 years now and we measured him years ago one night just for fun lol, but back in the day I'd always measure a guy with my hand. I'd touch the base with my middle finger and then see how far up the palm/wrist he went. It wasn't 100% accurate obviously but it was a good guesstimate. For circumfrence it's basically the same, where the fingers met when wrapped around.

I guess based on appearance. I'm usually within a 1/2" lengthwise and no more than a 1/4" girthwise.

I told Sigel he had a large penis and he wanted to prove he was pretty average. I still maintain he is perfectly fine what ever he thinks! My boyfriend has told me that he measured himself lengthwise and was a certain size. But I have seen dildos that said they were that size and are definitely not what he says he is. I don't really care either way, but I think it would be interesting to remeasure it.
