A Sexy Book About How it All Works?

Contributor: phoenixfire phoenixfire
When I was in late middle school, my mom passed her copy of Our Bodies, Ourselves down to me. I guess it was a good book, but I just wasn't ready for it at that point. I don't really remember what was in the book. At the time, I remember thinking 1) I knew most of the stuff in there from the health classes I had already taken and the fact that my mom was a nurse and 2) the pictures were really dated, even then. Very seventies. I got distracted by them because I had never seen that much nakedness in a book before. If I had seen anything close, the books before this one had pictures that hid all the important bits.

Point is, I really didn't learn a lot about what I wanted to know, and I could not have put what I wanted to know into words then anyway. Now, I can, and I'm hoping my Eden friends can help me find the right book for me.

I am hoping to find a book that teaches me how my body works, not in a reproductive sense, but how I can achieve better orgasms with my husband. (And especially alone!) What can I do to take good care of myself to increase my libido? Do aphrodisiacs really work? I want to find out more about how my husband's body works, too, so that I can make his experiences with me even better.

I have been looking at a book Eden sells called I Female Orgasm. Is this a good place to start? Any other suggestions?
