OH...we are both here (him and her) and we BOTH said "we LOVE our toys, would try anything"...then realized, "NO...we will NOT try things that are designed to PINCH or HURT (pins, weights, clamps...etc), and now we have found a site selling toys that SHOCK with electricity and both of us went "YIKES...no thanks", so our poll answer is, sadly, wrong. We just never THINK of those as "toys", since we don't "shop" those areas or "play" that way. We are all into PLEASURE...and NOT pain.

Sorry to skew your poll wrong.

I refuse to use unsafe or scented materials, for health reasons. I also refuse to use realistic dildos, because they hit the uncanny valley for me hard. I want sexual pleasure when I'm playing, not to be reminded of holding an amputated penis. DNW.

No anal, painful or blow up toys.

I WON'T try jelly or rubber. And I'm simply not interested in cheaper priced toys. I've become a toy snob and prefer to fork out for over the $100 mark for vibes.

i probably wouldn't use clamps or electric stuff. and toys made out of poor materials

I won't use jelly or Sil-A-Gel. (Although I've tested toys made of these and have used them in the past.)
I have no use, personally, for a harness or a packer, although I do read the reviews on some of them for a friend who is just starting out with his transition.
I also have no use for double ended dildos. Although I think the ones made of safe materials are pretty cool looking.
I'm not a huge fan of single tails, either. I don't like the marks.

I have no use for a harness, and any type of anal play is out of the question

Not really I am up for anything! Pretty much try anything at least once.

Any type of electrical toys. I'm also not really into the candy stuff either. Some of the other really big anal toys also turn me off. Way too big for me.

No rubber, no electrodes stuff, and no clamps. I'm weird about anal beads ever since someone dubbed them "poop pullers". Something that's known to cause poop turns me off. No thanks.

I guess I would tend to agree with you there. My wife and I are not into pain either, but I would still consider us to be open to trying any toy, within reason. Maybe that would make me incorrect in my vote for willing to try anything, but I still voted the same as you.

Anal play is a turn off for both of us, so no use for any of those toys. Also, anything leaving a mark or causing pain, no thanks!
I made the mistake of purchasing a set of nipple rings (2 sets actually)after reading reviews on another site said they were "pain free"... One is a set of round metal rings that you smash your nipple into the split. Those hurt so much trying to get on that I have never tried since! The other pair is on a little noose like rope. As long as I'm laying down, they are okay, as soon as I sit up though, they hurt! Also, since it was hard to get off I nearly sent my other half in search of scissors, I couldn't get them off fast enough!
I think I'll stick to pasties the next time I want to dress up my nipples, lol.

No anal or blow-up, toys, and definitely no unsafe materials. The realistic toys are a turn-off, but that doesn't mean they can't be pleasurable!
09/08/2011
I won't use anything not body-safe, no realistic dildos (unless they're for strap on play), and I won't use anything bigger than the njoy Eleven. I also refuse to use nipple weights, inflatable toys, and anything modeled after an animal's penis. And bull whips, they aren't safe to use unless you're trained how to use them.

anything that involves pain.

I am no longer to put any toy which smells, in our toy box; my husband would prefer smelly toys lived elsewhere altogether and never came into our home ever again. Since the last one, he has put his foot down. It took a while to get the smell out of our cedar toy chest (the toy was only there for a few weeks and it was never out of its box while inside the chest) and he is still convinced the smell lingers (I don't smell a thing, not now anyway). I think he is part bloodhound! He is extremely sensitive to any kind of "weird" scent and suffers horribly from migraines when he encounters one that disagrees with him.
I, on the other hand, am sensitive to jelly, it causes a burning sensation and makes me swell up. The toys we purchase now are silicone or 100% body safe.

I stay away from jelly and rubber toys, products that cause a lot of pain (or any blood) and edible stuff because mixing food and sex just grosses me out.
11/23/2011
Anything painful, or made of questionable materials such as jelly. Anal toys without a sufficient base are out, too. And I don't really have use for a harness (I'd love to fuck my guy, but he'd never let me. )
11/23/2011
I won't use anything made of jelly. And if it looks like it could hurt, or has tons of texture, I walk away. Far, far away.
04/11/2012
No toys made to cause pain such as rough claps and spiky things.
04/11/2012
If it's too big, or has spikes on it or something.
04/11/2012
Electric stuff scares me I'd stay away from it
04/12/2012
I won't try anything made out of unsafe materials, like jelly. There are also some hardcore bondage things that make me feel really uncomfortable.

I won't try anything that is made of Jelly or anything that is close to the same. It burns so bad!
