I certainly don't mind it, and it should not be embarrassing. The idea that a woman is relaxed enough to be free should be sexy! Just like urinating a bit after a big orgasm...it can be a little messy and maybe deserves a shared laugh afterwards, but it should be exciting that she is enjoying it that much.
