Are your sexual desires and sexual activities tied to the seasons and weather?

Just for an example, I noticed my wife hasn't flashed me while out in awhile, and it had become normal. When I asked her why, she said the cold weather put a damper on it due to clothing and not wanting to get cold in the wrong places.
