I had my first one the first time I had sex with my husband when we were dating in high school. I was 17. After that, I couldn't orgasm during sex unless I had clitoral stimulation. I'm in my 40s now and it is only recently that I have been able to regularly achieve vaginal orgasms during intercourse. It may have to do with the fact that my husband and I have become much more sexually aware. We place a higher emphasis on pleasuring each other and prolonging our lovemaking now than we did when we were younger.

Well I have had only one partner, my husband, and I have had orgasms ever since we started having sex. I used to be able to only achieve orgasm with penetration but in just the last month or so, I have discovered how to have an orgasm by clitoral stimulation only.
