How do you keep your bed clean if your partner (or you) is a squirter?

Contributor: vegan.guy vegan.guy
Hey everybody. My girlfriend is a squirter and we've always used 3 bathroom towels folded in half underneath her but to keep the sheets clean. Lately she's been squirting more and more, which I love, but it's getting harder to keep the area clean. How do you guys keep your area clean when there's squirting involved?

I've looked at liberators throw's that they sell on here, but they're way to expensive for me. Has anyone made a water proof sheet? I'm thinking of getting a shower curtain (since they're thick and not at all noisy) and buying a cheap bed sheet to sew onto it.

Anyway, sorry this post is so long but I'd appreciate any tips, suggestions, or personal preferences you may have.

Have a great day everyone!!!

Sportsheets makes a waterproof line for this purpose.

You can pick up a mattress liner for beds that are waterproof at any home goods store (they're made for bed wetters). Some are thin enough to keep under the sheets if you don't want a rubbery feel while you're doing your thing.

I remembered there was a similar post to this a little while ago and when I went to search for it, I found there are actually several. While I don't have any new suggestions, you may want to check them out, several people gave different ideas that may work for you. (I just entered "Liberator Throe" in the search box and they popped up)

Great idea! I think there's a couple of things available on here. Just look up Liberator like Kindred said and you'll find some blanket lookin things. I don't remember what they're called.

lol we have a designated set of towels for our "events" lol If not they have toddler waterproof bed mattress pad/covers that are the perfect size, waterproof and easy to use! That would be a perfect alternative!! I would get one myself but to tell you the truth, Im lazy lol.

I have tried the waterproof plastic mattress cover before; it was horrible. If I sweat, it made me feel cold. If it was wet, it pooled.

We used beach towels, bath towels, and blankets for years. I finally got sick of washing all the towels in the house every few days. We broke down and bought the Throe by Liberator. It was the best investment we have made in years! I am sure the throe will pay for itself overtime.

we use a water proof mattress cover. We pull it out and use it if we have a feeling she will be squirting. But there is always towels on the foot of the bed from drying off after a before sex shower.

Yeah, I'm thinking about getting a waterproof mattress cover too.

Another possibility, depending on her squirting range, is to get a baby changing blanket. These are usually soft enough for a baby's skin, and absorbent enough to keep your sheets dry (though I would take it off the bed before falling asleep, for sure). Most have a rubber-plastic back to prevent leakthrough. They're only about 3'x3', though. Still, this seems like an easy, solution that won't have you re-making the bed every night, and it's much softer than a shower curtain or waterproof mattress cover.

American Baby makes waterproof lap covers or covers. They are inexpensive and work well. They are blue soft and get the job done. I looked into it today approved! Try em out. I got them for like 5 bucks. The lap one. That was enough to place under my lowerhalf comfortably. They have larger sizes as well. Check it out!
