It takes me literally all day long. It usually begins with fantasizing about what I want my husband to do to me or what I want to do to him, right down to each and every detail. That coupled with kegel exercises and by the end of the day I am so hot and bothered I can just wriggle in my jeans and probably have an orgasm. It's not like it happens all the time, but once in a blue moon, yes and that is good enough for me!

I'm proud to say that I have had orgasms in my sleep (literally -- I love waking up to the afterglow!), but I've never been able to think my way to an orgasm. When I'm awake, physical stimulation of some sort is a requirement. Man, if I could think my way to an orgasm... just imagine the possibilities!

It's the same thing for me. I have in dreams but never actually thought myself into orgasm.

I saw a lady doing it on national TV, it was quite interesting.

I was thinking the same thing, I could be having an orgasm in middle of a lecture and no one would know...it would make it so much fun...I wonder if it would increase memory, lol.

I can think myself into an orgasm quite easily & sometimes my brain starts to do it on it's own at the most awkward times. I normally do sort of Kegel exercises to get there though.

And yes I can have an orgasm very easily naturally. I never have sex with out one. But I think as i have gotten older and know what I really like, it has made it easier.
