Do you experience cervical pain during sex?

During certain positions, my partners penis hits my cervix and it hurts SO bad!! I'm curious how many women experience this.

I have a sensitive cervix sometimes. I think it is when I ovulate.

It used to happen regularly with my ex, since he had a longer penis. It hurt a lot and prevented us from being able to do some positions. My current boyfriend is average sized and it only happens ocassionally.

It has happened a few times while we're doing doggy, shifting slightly to a different angle fixes the problem.

My partner isn't overly long, but in certain positions with really deep penetration, it isn't exactly comfortable. The only time I really feel it is when he gets a little too excited thrusting longer toys made of harder materials.

This happens to me in certain positions, especially when I have my legs up. It's sooo annoying and painful.

this is where i say "bigger isn't always better". Certain positions were painful. anything that allowed for deeper penetration would cause this problem. i used to wonder if there was some kind of device he could wear that would keep the full length from going in and still allow for pounding, lol.

I've had it happen a few times, but it seems to have been the length of my partner.

TBH I really like cervix-banging sex, but if a dildo is too pointy I don't enjoy it as much. Kinda hurts if that's the case.

Same. Doggy-style can get uncomfortable for me.

When I had presurgical endometriosis, I had cervical, uterine, anal and abdominal pain during rear entry PIV. After the surgery the pain went away and I haven't had issues with this since. My next GYN (not even the guy who did the surgery, but my favorite doctor) said due to the placement of the endometrial implants (the growths that occur with this illness) it would have caused pain, in his words "during doggy style."

Some women simply have sensitive cervixes. (Cervi?) Mine knows to get the hell out of the way when I am penetrated. My GYN can't usually even find it for my PAP smear. It just tucks up and under my pubic bone and hides.

Some women will use a thick cock ring on their partners to "shorten" the penis, not only will this give him additional stimulation, but a thick ring at the base of the penis may help with a sensitive cervix since penetration will be shallower.

It only happened ONCE, and it was DECADES ago. Strange thing, we were NOT doing anything DEEP (how I like it, most times). We were laying down, very "missionary position" for a relaxing NAP SEX moment and all of a sudden I got a SEARING cervical pain that honestly had "shadow pain" for another two days or so. For a while I tensed up, worried it would happen again. It never did. Still no clue what or why it did that day!?

Its not something I get too frequently but when I do get it, its usually from using glass toys with an angle to them.

I have no cervix so DEEP penetration is very painful for me. however I did have to build up to be able to have any penetration at all after a hysterectomy.
