I've alway wanted to model but im short and not rail thin. I also never could take edgy, fashionable pictures of myself. They are all pin-up poses or just sexy. Now, I am not looking to become a full time model, but I have always had an interest in Playboy models and fantasizing about being one.

I looked around and on the Playboy site all you have to do is send in pictures and proof that your 18+. Its so easy to submit the pictures, but how likely is it that you are picked?

Has anyone ever submitted Playboy, or anyone else, pictures?

Were you ever picked?

Thoughts?

you never know. But I dont feel like it is an achievable goal. Nothing wrong with trying to achieve it. But with all the people trying to be a model, it will be tough

In October of 2010, my daughter (at the time 21) approached me about posing for PLAYBOY. My BF and I, he is 53 and I was 42 at the time told her we read the magazine together and had no objections with it. My daughter asked me to go with her on the day of the Sasting Call audition....my BF dared me to audition as well (he bribed me with lingerie and shoes to pose in and a new suit for work). My daughter and I were gym rats for a month in preparation. On the day of the casting call I was starting to get nervous...could I go through with it. The photographer was very patient with me....it took forever to even get my robe off. Getting my top off took more encouragement from the ladies who were on staff...all got started by doing a casting call. I eventually was posing fully nude wearing nothing but a pair of high heels.
Nothing came of it...I can say that I did try out though. Next time Playboy comes to town, try out. If not submit your own pictures online.

Never thought about it.

I'm much too old at this point. Most models are over the hill at 30. Unless you're a celebrity, most women who aren't very young and very.... siliconed don't usually get picked for Playboy. PB does love the fake breasts. My husband subscribes and he thinks it amazing that I always know which ones have implants. It's not that hard to tell. Of course, breasts are my business, so I know what they are supposed to look like in their natural state (ie, NOT right under your chin) but, he can't tell.
