I wouldn't want to roll around in a kiddie pool full of my menstrual blood, but it doesn't gross me out. It's all from my body, and I got no problem with my body.

I'm pretty comfortable with it and will play with toys towards the end of my period as its when my sex drive is at its highest. Luckily my husband is just as comfortable with it.
