I was wondering, what are the best erection aids there are? as my fiance has a very hard time keeping an erection during intercourse. we've made use of the prescription his doctor gave him, but they are way too expensive. I was wondering if there were any devices out there that could help maintain the erection. stamina isnt an issue, when he has successful erections, it usually takes 2 or 3 rounds before he finishes. I was thinking that maybe a pump combined with a C-ring could help. any and all advice on the subject is appreciated.

I'd definitely vote for a cock ring - preferably a good quality silicone one. My man is diabetic and while they were working on regulating his blood sugar level (and reversing the lowered testosterone caused by the diabetes drugs) he'd have a hard time maintaining an erection sometimes. He tried Viagara, Cialis, and Levitra - the first two only worked occasionally and Levitra made him feel like he was having a heart attack. Even if you can afford them, the Rx drugs sometimes don't work for everyone. The cock ring worked great for us - he was able to get hard, just not always stay hard so if it was put on early in the session, it not only allowed him to stay hard, but to enjoy sex even more.

I agree with the cock ring idea, but there are hundreds of options out there. You should probably just search around and find the best one for both of you, especially your partner.

I would think that his doctor would be able to give you more information on different ways to help him with keeping a erection. I understand not wanting to use the medication. i would ask about what change's you can make in his diet, or exercise programs he can do everyday. Without knowing what was causing his problem, i would hate to start using toys that might make the problem worse.

You can try cock ring, vacuum pump, but make sure to not cause injury, test it out for short periods at a time.
