I have only had a few orgasms from oral, they were the best, most intense by far. But I believe that was due to the excitement of the moment, just like the first time I had sex or got a hand job.

For me, penile orgasms are pretty much the same. The sensations leading up to it are different between OS and vaginal, and if I were forced to pick one to have it would be vaginal. More consistent stimulation, no risk of teeth, etc.

Oral is definitely a more powerful orgasm for me. However, if I had to choose one over the other, I would rather have vaginal sex. It is overall a more enjoyable experience.

I find that the variation in orgasm strength is much more dependant on other factors like how long its been or how much sleep I've had.

I voted it depends. When we were first married and oral was very rare the experience was very intense. Now that my wife enjoys giving me oral and it's more common - it's still intense - but more on par with other avenues to orgasm. She now makes it more intense by including anal stimulation - with her fingers - or one of our glass dildos - the Silenzo works quite well!

Depends on circumstances; so might also have voted "don't notice the difference". Really depends on circumstances, mood, setting, skill level, and so many other factors. Even with the same partner, some oral orgasms are better than most vaginal ones, but also some vaginal orgasms are better than most oral.

One thing that oral usually has in favor is the utter laziness of it all. You can relax and enjoy, whereas with other types of sex you're often thinking about how she's feeling. Not that that's a bad thing, it's wonderful to have that closeness and shared pleasure most of the time. Sometimes just relaxing and loosing yourself in the sensations is nice as well.
