I've done both and I'll freely talk about them with my partner or friends. I just don't mention names.

I'm not interested in having one with my current partner though. I'm too insecure in this relationship for that. Not that we haven't joked about it.

I care about my current partner far too much to share him (I get possessive when I'm emotionally invested), so neither.
Now that I think about it, if I were to have a threesome at all it would probably be with two other women... Weird.
