Technically speaking, the testicles for all men are different sizes when compared to one another. Whether they are noticeably different simply from palpating is a different story, but even so, most men can differentiate a difference in size between the two. It's like almost everything on our body. We are symmetrical but not identical.

I'm not so sure they are different in size. My wife said one of mine was larger than the other based on a visual test. I think the verdict is still out until some more rigorous testing can be completed.

It is extremely common for one to me larger than the other. Would you believe that I have actually had men come to the ER because the girl said one was bigger than the other and then they freak out!!! Kind of funny in an odd sense of humor type of way.

My guy's are very similar. Still, asymmetrical sizes (of anything really! balls, breasts, vaginal labia, feet...) are completely normal and SUPER common!
