I have many times both MMF and MFF. I do agree that the myth surrounding the threesome is overblown but it is flat out amazing if you have an emotional connection between all the players.

I have but my husband never has. I know that he would like the experience but I feel that I am out of that stage and am happy being with just him. I feel that I would become extremely jealous if we were to have one now. In the past relationship when I did have a 3some (mind you it was about 10 year ago) it was an much less committed relationship so it didn't bother me and I enjoyed the experience.
