ive been flashed by a native who tried to show me he was bigger then my husband. i laughed only because he was actually stupid enough to show me his penis before realizing my husband was behind him XD. Not a good day for him.

I don't think it's appropriate. Not everyone wants to see your areas no matter how good looking you are. I'm glad there are laws against it. If you want to look at boobs go to a strip bar. And I have no desire to see some random guy's junk.

I'm not sure to understand.
If it's breasts or chest then it's not a problem to me depending on the location.
