Ditto. I went 23 years to begin with - as much as I'd love to have another opportunity as soon as possible, having to wait is nothing new for me.

Depends on what "sex" means. If we're talking about intercourse, I did without it 17 years before losing my virginity, and I've gone without it for several years a couple of times since.

The longest I've been without an orgasm since I had my first one at age 11 has been about 10 days, on a extended backpacking trip with a male friend of mine. I've had many similar "dry periods" of a few days on other backpacking/skiing/mou ntaineering trips.

But otherwise, I seldom go more than 24 hours without cumming!

I could go for a couple of weeks. But it would be really really tough. I think it would be really hard. I like to have sex multiple times a day every day. SO it would be a challenge for me.

I could last indefinitely, I think. I love sex and I crave it quite a bit, but I'm also very good at channeling my desire into other things. If I have a partner and we're living close enough to one another to sleep together, then I have a hard time going a whole day, but when I don't have a partner, it's not a problem.

The older I get, the less I seem to need sex, and so far it seems to be working out fine. Still, there are times when the urge strikes and I have to seek out some sex, so I can get over it and focus on more important things. I'm just grateful I no longer have the sex drive I did in my teens and twenties, because I needed to have sex all the time.

I was in a long distance relationship and didn't have sex for long periods of time. I was totally ok. Even if I was single, I could replicate that if I wanted to or had to.

It's been a while since I was single, but when I was, I would typically never go more than a few days. If I did, my best friend would look at me and be like, "God, you're such a bitch! Go get laid, would you?" ROFL

ETA: I probably COULD go longer, but I am not very pleasant to be around. I think the longest I've gone since I started having sex is a few months.
