It depends on whether or not we have another source of lubrication. We only use lube if we're not in the shower or have oral sex as foreplay (or during play).

I haven't really needed the extra lubrication yet, although it helps for the first insertion. I only keep lube for toys (probably will be used for when we try anal, I made sure to get a lube that was recommended for that)

I always use lube when I have sex. The pill seemed to dry me up a bit. I switched to the Nuva Ring about 3 weeks ago, and it seems like I'm a little bit wetter now. I haven't seen my boyfriend since I switched though; we're both away at school.

When my lady was on the pill we had to use it almost every time. She has since switched to the Nuva ring and my gawd she gets wet now! It was sort of surprising at how much of a difference it made (all for the better mind you). She says she gets too wet now, I think its great.
