My fiance and I do not use protection in addition to my IUD, therefore things tend to get a bit messy in the end. Definitely kills the "after mood". Does anyone have any tips to keep things cleaner, when everything just wants to fall out?

We just keep some smal hand towels under the bed and I clean her up. Baby wipes also work nicely. You can keep a travel pack in the nightstand.

We also keep hand towels next to our bed. If you wanted to be even more careful about it you could put a towel under you during, and then use it to clean yourself up more after.
