My question...

You're alone and enjoying a beautiful day on a quiet and sparsely populated beach when a member of the opposite or same sex...a sex that your attracted to, shows up and sets up camp very near by. At first look you find this person to be hot and sexy...extremely attractive, then this person strips completely naked, lathers on suntan lotion, then lies down on their chaise lounge in a way where you can clearly see EVERYTHING.

What do you do once they've gotten naked and laid down?

I would leave and find a new spot. There is a whole freaking beach and they have to come near me? Same thing with a parking lot..there is a whole empty parking lot and there is the one asshole who parks right next to you..wtf. Plus, they will draw attention like a seagull horde swarms to food and more people will show up. I just want to relax and enjoy nature.

I'd get up and move. My reasons for doing it are the following:

It's a sparsely populated beach. Why do they need to sit right next to me, anyone else? That, to me, screams entitled, or at the very least, inconsiderate and/or oblivious.

Then, they decide to strip naked next to me. So, not only do they feel the need to sit right next to me, they want me to be aware of their nudity. I would think such a person would be full of themselves and have very little to offer. Not interested.

In answering my own question, I see two ways to do that. The young single me would definitely look on with interest while trying to catch their attention. If a conversation was started and we hit it off I'd be naked with them quite quickly. The married me of today would still watch with interest, but that would be the extent of it, then I'd go home to my lovely wife and expel my sexual energy on her in the bedroom.
