Ok so I'm new to this type of thing, but I really need help. I'm 29 years old and happily married to an amazing wife. So nine months ago I was down working on a roof. I was the boss of the job and had to shut er down because it was beginning to rain. Well after all my guys got down and I was about to go down myself and I noticed a spot that was gonna leak so I headed over to fix it. I made it to the ridge and as soon as I got up there I slipped. I fell backwards and after sliding down about thirty foot of roof i went off the edge onto a picnic table. It knocked the hell out of me but I went to try to get up and I couldn't. I shattered my back and completely severed my spinal cord. Before the accident I had sex at least every day or every other day. But now I'm paralyzed from the waist down and can only feel like half my dick which the drs didn't know how I could. It all works like i can get a hard on but i haven't busted a nut since before the accident which is crazy to me. Is there any tricks or something that can help me get an orgasm. I'm desperate

Ok. All advice provided is general in nature. While I am a medical professional, I am not your medical professional. Please consult your doctor directly. That said...
You are very lucky after such a severe spinal trauma (I assume in the L2-L4 lumbar region). A 21ft fall directly onto your head can easily kill. Such a fall even spread over your spine can be lethal too.
Your best option is consulting with your treating doctor or seeking referral to a dedicated specialist. No over the counter treatments I can contemplate will be specifically effective.
Assuming you retain bladder and bowel function then prostrate electro stimulation may be a viable option.
Considering your post your desire is for sexual relief via orgasm. Without seeing your case file there is no specific treatments I can safely propose.
