I have never used these and this would be my first one to buy so I don't know which to pick.
I need to find the best product for kegel exercises.

I also want one that's not expensive.

Why is this? Are the bigger ones better? Does it hurt to put in?

The four you've chosen vary in size quite a bit-from less than an inch in diameter to 1.5 inches. So, size preference will depend on what size you prefer in other insertables, dildos, ect.

But also pay attention to texture. I've tried two different brands - LELO Luna Beads and Fun Factory Smart Balls. They were the same size, but the Luna Beads had a smooth surface that made insertion easier and made them feel smaller. The Smart Balls did feel uncomfortably to me, even at a size I'd normally be comfortable with.
They should not hurt when inserted. If you end up with a set that isn't "slippery" and feels uncomfortably large, try using lubeāthat should help with insertion and comfort level.

If it is a kegel exerciser, why does it need to vibrate? Is it just to feel good? Can you hear it vibrating? Because I don't want to wear it around the house or anything if it can be heard.

Some vibrate, some don't. Some people buy these as pleasure items rather than for strengthening Kegels. If you are buying it for Kegel exercising, probably vibration is a feature you don't need. (and often the tiny batteries are pricey to replace!)

I have the Emiji and I freaking love it. It is small, it rattles a bit but you cannot hear it at all. I wear it all day at work with no problems what-so-ever

The ones that are more expensive than the ones you have outlines are better quality, they usually are a bit more weighty too which requires the muscles to work more.

Try out the Emigi or the Teneo Uno, I think those are both good first kegel exercisers.
