We have it and I LOVE it. You can use it on a bed, a chair, tie someone to a tree outside (if you had property). I mean - there are so many ways you can use this.
Both my husband and I are over 250 pounds and have large wrists but this fits us and doesn't come off by itself. Its easy to put on and easy to remove and yeah, I am getting ready to write a 5 star review on it.
The blindfold is perfect for us too. We have larger heads and we can't see anything when it is on. Plus it is soft and comfortable.

I voted rope, but I'd really rather use wrist cuffs / ankle cuffs / collar / possible a restraint belt. Some sort of harness would work nicely, too. But using just rope would be my second choice, never my first. Handcuffs would be dead last . . too bitey on the wrists. Shackles might be nice though!
As for what's connected TO the cuffs, collar, belt . . it can be rope or chain or nylon, doesn't matter too much, as long as it's secure

The major difference that I can see right off between the two products (if I'm understanding correctly) is that the set I have has four individual ties that you can tie to whatever you want. The one that you are looking at seems to be two straps that have cuffs on either end (whereby mine has cuffs on one end).
With my cuff set, you could have both hands cuffed above a person's head but closer together than with the set you're looking at - because each of the cuffs could be tied to something.
I love my set. I had wanted to get the set you're looking for because it goes under the mattress - but the more I think about it - the more I like the flexibility our set gives us. As I said, we could use it for a chair or a table or well..if I was really brave - my honey's motorcycle (but don't tell him I said that).

Personally I prefer to tie, and be tied, with rope. It takes more care and skill, and it feels better against the skin. Handcuffs can bite, which some people like, but I don't want bruises for my family to find later. Plus, being Japanese, rope tying is in my blood ^_~
