Possibly. Make sure you follow the directions, most rings shouldn't be worn for more than 20 minutes. I can get very sensitive there as well, and 20 minutes is definitely the max with a ring for me.

I have a similar issue. I can't stand them being touched 99% of the time. A c-ring worn just around the penis should be ok though.
