As a newcomer to EF, I've been answering a lot of Polls and leaving comments. When it comes to helpful information or learning about the opinions of the sexual topics expressed in the EF community, which of the following reveals the MOST value to you?

I think they can all be useful, and I think comparative discussions have the most "potential." However, in my experience, most people don't seem to want to take the time to do everything involved with making and answering or participating in all the parts of a comparative discussion which is kinda disappointin )=

I would much rather have discussions. As a matter of fact, the amount of polls is a bit annoying, especially considering that a lot of them are duplicates. But with duplicate discussions, there are usually new bits and pieces of information in each one.

I like the polls and comparisons, because they're quick and easy. When you're reading them, you can get a quick understanding of the conversation and topic without having to read every response.

Discussion. Aside from a few select posters I dont get much from reading others posts usually, but forum discussions are a good way to put your views out there for sexual things that most don't discuss in everyday situations.
If someone is very ordinary and vanilla in their sexual desires than having such an outlet probably doesnt mean much to them because those types already feel comfortable and safe within their preferences and ideals because they realize that their preferences are directly linked to mainstream preferences, what is commonly found in mainstream tv and movie culture etc because that's what many people base their version of reality on. When I read forum comments I usually just hear mainstream ideals being reinforced by people who likely dont consider that thats what their views represent. I think too that may be why there is sometimes a sort of reactionary element to some poll questions. It allows the majority view to remain 1st in line while offering a passive-aggressive way for some to attack something not commonly found in mainstream tv reality.

Polls are interesting, but I like the comments and discussions. Also the reviews are very helpful.

I find they all have their place. If I want a quick opinion, want a comparison or to join an open discussion is my choice and they can all be helpful if used correctly. I admit the games are few and far between for me, but I have played them just for fun.
