I know a couple that wants to have a threesome with a close friend but want to set some ground rules so nothing gets weird and the relationships aren't damaged. They're pretty set on doing it. What would you say to them?

Trust is huge. HUGE. If they have the slightest jealous hair in their body, there is a good chance it can screw them up long term. Is penetration an option? What about kissing on the mouth? it also should be both parties willing to partake. Not one and the other is just going for it to make him/her happy.

See, I think having a close prior relationship with the third person might be a bad idea. I feel like it would be better with somebody that you don't know very well, or a person that you met with the sole intention of having them join you in a threesome.
