Weird tingling.

So i have this weird tingling that I get sometimes and here is how it happens. If it has been a day or so since I have had sexual pleasure of any kind and my hubby starts to play with me and tugs on the left (only left) side of the lips I get a tingling sensation on my left (only left) side of my foot. It absolutely drives me nuts!!! I don't want him to stop. I wish this happened all the time but it doesn't. Is this common to any one eles or am I just weird?
