Scat, vomit, and stuff like donkey punching (things that involve blows to the head during sex). Stuff like adult baby and pregnancy fetishes I could try, but I couldn't bring myself to do it all the time... Cutting, needle play, branding, etc. I think I could be convinced to do with intense research beforehand.
