When Mrs. Bignuf goes to take a nap, I tend to let her get a bit of shut eye. It is my "time" to do the bills, email, etc. I stay out of the bedroom, lest I bother her (she is a LIGHT sleeper).
After about 30 minutes I will check on her. She always sleeps on her tummy, and I KNOW she has had a good nap and is inviting me to come play, if she is laying there, in the bed, on her tummy, with her legs spread wide open. It is her silent, no question about it, signal to me!!!!
It is an INVITE that, after all these years, is still instant "OH YES" hard on welcome!!!! What I do next is always up to me. I can have her tush, right there ready for me, or can dive in with my lips or just grab her hips and plug in vaginally. She is always good with whatever I opt to do....and I love her for it. What a lover!!!!.
