What usually does it for me is when I'm trying to masturbate when I know there's other things in my life that need to be done. For instance, doing the laundry, cleaning the kitchen, or homework. Even if I literally have another day to do it, and I could easily waste some time masturbating, I just can't. I can try, but I can never reach climax.
So I always masturbate after the housework, and after studying. That way I can just be relaxed.

Any noise can kill the mood for me. If I've got a huge homework load, I sometimes get a block (usually I end up falling asleep instead and wasting more time than I would have masturbating ). And sometimes I'm just too lazy to finish.
I just realized how infrequently I masturbate "all the way". Time for that to change!

For me it is definitely the cell phone ringing! I hate when that happens, because then I need to silence it or else it will really drive me nuts, which is distracting!

I actually remember as a young teen, people would barge in my room. Surprisingly, not my parents. My door was not allowed to be lock, in hopes that it would save me from masturbating. I was even told this.
