If we're counting freckles as birthmarks, the answer is everywhere. Face, back, shoulders, arms, a few small and not very noticeable ones on my chest. I don't normally consider them birthmarks, but really, what else would you call them?

My husband has a fairly large, but light colored splotch right in the middle of his back. The first time I noticed it (due to the color, shape, location, and the fact that he had just stepped out of the shower) I thought he had missed a spot while washing.

I have what they call a strawberry mark up the middle of my forehead which will become more noticable when I'm angery.
I also have a small mark on the underside of my breast that is paler than the rest of my skin. And a darker one the same size on the opposite side on my stomach.

It was only a few years ago that I came to the realization that not only did I have freckles, I also had a lot of moles, too, which blend into the freckles. Some are more pronounced than the freckles, but people tend not to notice them much because of everything else.

Although the most interestingly located one is two inches directly above the Great Divide on my mons - dark brown and about the size of a magic-marker tip mark. I didn't know I had it until I started shaving. O_o

I have one that can barely be seen on the right side of my stomach.

Mine is on my lady bits. It's located on the inside of the Labia Majora.

I have a dark spot on my outer labia, beyond that I'm just covered in freckles, a couple moles and some very teensy tiny red pinpoints.
