My favorite is to have him finish inside. I also only have him ejaculate inside me the day after my period. But I have always monitored my ovulation schedule closely, and because I don't ovulate until a full week after my period ends, then is as safe as it "can" be for us. We've been dating for two years, pulling out all the time had started to make me feel rejected and a little used after sex, and we can just NEVER remember condoms. Health and family history make the pill out of the question. So we (read I) came up with this compromise. We plan on having kids someday anyway, so we figure if it happens during this extremely unlikely time in my cycle, that child is meant to be.
