SO, I am really interested in buying a sex chair/swing, but I'm really worried that I'm going to buy it, get in it, and be enjoying myself and then the ceiling will collapse. I'm not above any weight limits by any means (140lbs), but does anyone have experience mounting/installing sex swings? I have 2X4 rafters I would have to drill into...Could my husband enjoy the ride at the same time(220lbs)? The posibilities are endless unless you break your house.

If anyone has any advice, experience, or carpenter skills, I'd love to hear about it!

We have a ceiling mounted swing! It's pretty scary the first time you sit in it, but you get use to it. The box says it supports up to 300lbs, but it could probably support 400 or so if you were careful, but I wouldn't test both you AND your husband's full weight unless you modified it. :I

We had one, but bought the metal frame, which is a bit cumbersome, but we had the same fears...and it was also a matter of discretion. Travelnurse wrote a good review on this. I wouldn't worry about it. If you follow the directions, you should be fine.

We have a sex swing and absolutely love it! I mounted it myself and then modified the swing to meet our needs. We use ours all the time.

Did you ever get one?
