I know you didn't intend to word it that way, but it sounds a lot more... unpleasant that it needs to I'd pick having a cold, I can't do much of anything with food poisoning! At least a cold isn't going to make you take diarrhea/puke breaks!

Without the forcing as unintentionally mentioned, I'd rather have a cold during sex than food poisoning. Any kind of sickness that involves vomitting leaves me weaker and more sore than a cold does.
Though, in all honesty, I don't like having sex with either.

I would not choose either. Passing germs with a bad cold would be better than the food poisoning I guess, but what a strange question to ask... Who would want to catch your cold or have sex with someone who had the awful symptoms of food poisoning? Freaky really
