Correction: Anal play will not stretch you out permanently if you do it right. If you do it wrong you can tear the anal sphincter and have a whole bunch of problems, or at least discomfort.
If done right you're just learning to relax the anus and "stretch" it in the sense of a runner stretching their legs before a run.
