No, it is not a myth. It really does become painful. And to add to that, I can even get them by not having sex and just being horny for an extended period of time, which is quite often, LOL!

They're somewhat real. You never have to finish a guy off though...he's got hands!

Nope. Blue balls are purely physiological. Just never apply pressure to him to finish, and say that either way, you did have a good time. Guys get really self conscious, and that's when it hurts to not come. But for seriously... if I can have sex and not come, then not feel pain, he can do so too.

Blue balls most certainly are really a medical condition. The medical term is Vasocongestion, and I just wrote an article (waiting to be approved) over it.

I am not in anyway trying to insult your intelligence, but you do realize that physiological essentially means physical right?

Yes, I can attest to the whole "blue balls" condition. Yes, it really does hurt a lot, but like others have mentioned, you should never feel forced to do anything.

I have also experience what MrWishyWashy was talking about. I have gone long enough periods of time without ejaculating to the point where they feel very swollen and are extremely uncomfortable until I am relieved.

Yes, blue balls does exist. If a man stays sexually aroused for a long period of time without having release, it is painfully. I have experienced this phenomenon on many occasions.
There are always ways to deal with it without pressuring your partner, and, if you leave it alone it will become less painful over time, the feeling is not permanent .
