A headache? No.

However, there have been a few times where when I came that my upper back neck (right below where it becomes the head) was in massive amounts of pain. Doc said it had something to do with the flow of blood and all that and that it really wasn't lethal or anything, but the pain was enough to make me cry and never think about touching myself for a good two weeks. Luckily, it's only happened twice. This pain can keep me from having sex.

They have but it was migraines, a headache not so much. I get migraines so bad sometimes that light and sound are horrible. My whole head will hurt to touch as well as my back and shoulders hurt.
Headaches I can get relief from my having sex though. Migraines require a pill lol.

If I get a headache, it's a migraine. There is no in between. And yes, it makes me ill and I don't want to have sex.

My man always tells me sex is supposed to make you feel better. lol. When I do get headaches and he wantss to have sex, we usually have sex and my headache goes away while have sex, but after it just comes back. sex is just a distraction.

I almost never get headaches, so when I do have them there are often other annoying physical unpleasantries happening as well. So, yes I guess. If I feel icky physically, I'm not up for sex. That's crazy rare though!

A really bad one? Hell yes. But I get light headaches very often so as long as it's not crazy jackhammer sex I wouldn't let it stop me.

Depends on the intensity

I always have a headache, I have chronic intractable migraine so I do have sex during headaches. I often also get severe Breakthrough Migraines (the ones which break through with severe pain, aura, light sensitivity, nausea, body aches etc even with a wall of medicine between myself and the pain) and often I don't want to have sex then.

I few severe migraines ago, my husband started massaging my neck to relax me. He did ask if I wanted to see if sex would help the pain, I said only if we could stop if it got worse. It did get better, but I had a load of pain meds on board, and I was able to have a decent orgasm or two (or more.) I almost forgot I had a migraine. I still had it when I woke up the next morning but it had reduced by 75%. This has happened several times. The ones with the worst nausea, though, I just don't want to be touched. Chances are, if I have an ice pack on and am loaded up on meds, it's best not to touch me. I'll let him know when it's OK to have sex.

It depends on the headache. As others have said sometimes good sex will either make a headache go away of become less severe. But if I've had it a while and I'm nauseated too, no way. I've been know to say "come to bed now please, I have a headache and I need you to help it go away!"

No, because sex or masturbating use to cure my headaches. Unfortunately I never get headaches any more - they go straight into migraines and an orgasm makes them pound more. I've tried and tried....lol.

I'm with Shellz: sex makes my headaches better, so I'm actually more likely to seek out sex with a bit of a headache. Not so good for migraines though, thank god I'm not so frequent with those.

I try to have sex (or more water, or caffeine) when I have a headache, since orgasms generally help.

A headache wouldn't stop me. A migraine would.
