Generally speaking, it seems that many men worry about keep up the pace for a period of time during intercourse before they come. If this sounds like you, have you been influenced by women, your buddies, society, your own pride, or for other reasons to have a negative complex about this? Personally, I can't understand why it's a concern as long as you are still pleasing your partner equally.

I can't say for certain, but I think it might have a lot to do with cultural and media perceptions. On television, women always prefer the guys who can last the longest, and shun those who "finish" before they do. This probably gives lots of guys the impression that if they can't last a long time, women won't want to sleep with them.
